This course was excellent. At first, I didn't think it would take 15 hours of classroom plus homework time to learn the simple past tense but I am happy we spent that much time on it. I have tried to learn it before but it has never stuck. This time it did. The written materials were very helpful both in the classroom and while doing homework. These materials are efficient as they include enough examples to understand regular patterns plus carefully selected irregular conditions and patterns to promote learning without overwhelming the students. In my life I have studied many foreign languages using a variety of learning modes. I found this course very effective.

The courses have exceeded my expectations in every way. The instructors are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly engaging. They made learning Spanish a fun and interactive experience. The lessons were well-structured, and the content was both relevant and practical.

This is a good course for learning this specific tense along with lots of vocab.

The course thus far seems to be quite intensive and the material is well presented. I would like to see more communication in Spanish but it seems that some students aren't comfortable doing so and the instructor copes with it well.

I had a great experience with the course at Berges Institute, I learned a lot and improved my Spanish. The video format interactive class is the best way to learn. My Spanish courses has been great with Rolando as my Spanish teacher. In only two courses of 10 weeks each course. I've been having conversations at work, reading, writing well. This has been a great experience in this class and I will be finishing all 5 sessions and hopefully at the end of my courses I will be fluent.

Appropriate level and amount of homework for someone who also works a 9-5. Good interaction and clear explanations.

The course is very well constructed. I have taken Spanish classes from one other institute before, but that was not half good of how Berges is. Here I feel that I learned the grammar step by step in an understandable way. The practice questions in the workbook also helped me a lot to strengthen and emphasize what I learned from each class. Previously I always didn't know where to start with my Spanish learning, I felt like I learned them piece by piece, but with Berges, I feel I am learning in a systematic way and I am able to connect what I learned. However - I don't mean to be picky - but if I have to say one thing that I think this course can be improved, I think the workbook questions can add some listening practice. Sometimes I feel when I read the words, I know what it means, but when I hear it, I couldn't recognize it. I know that we have millions of listening materials that we can find online, like YouTube or whatever, but if the listening practices can be added into the workbook, it will be more specific to practice what we just learned in this book.

Berges classes are great. Very structured but adaptable to the level in the class. Thoroughly enjoy and pan on moving to the next level very soon.

I appreciate the class encouragement on speaking spanish during class. I feel bad making mistakes however the encouragement and feedback is positive with correction on how to say it that doesn't make you feel stupid

The course is great - the curriculum flows nicely and doesn't feel too demanding. Great format to learn and practice.

I really enjoyed the conversational part of the course, reviewing the homework and having the instructor work with us through examples and every day conversation. I wanted to improve my grammar and Berges does a great job of teaching. I found that there were many skill levels at Level 2. Because of scheduling, I attended classes with 4 different instructors and the teaching and learner levels were not always uniform.
