This was a very good class. I jumped into level 3 after learning Spanish on my own for a while, and while I came comfortable with reading and writing Spanish, I was nervous to speak. By the end of this class I was much more comfortable speaking with other people. I definitely recommend this class as a supplement to your Spanish education.

I think the text/workbook could be a bit more engaging with visuals and pictures, maybe some charts or diagrams that help to illustrate points of material. Nicolas was very skilled at writing things on the board in a very creative and well-crafted way that really organized the information for us.

The Berges method is really good and I think, though it calls for work and attention, it is the best way and likely the fastest way to learn a language using one class a week. And there is enough homework - well planned and structured - to help understanding. The other part is that after two courses at Berges it seems the teachers are very very good - and the program is structured in such a way to help them and the students succeed.
