I really enjoyed the course! Level 1 was a great intro course and Juan Carlos did a fantastic job not only in teaching the language, but in helping to understand the nuances of the language.

Learned a tremendous amount of Spanish in a short period of time. The weekly homework and final exam provide the right amount of motivation. Good balance of written and oral skills taught

Course was ok, I wasn’t happy how the questions on the test were asked. Some questions seemed more for an advanced class than beginner. Would have liked to see a review class before the test was given.

Level 1 Spanish was a great course! Our instructor Nelson reviews homework in a way that all students speak Spanish regularly in class, we answer his questions and we ask each other questions also. The Graf method and textbook are well organized, you can use its vocabulary and grammar with descriptions of your life, your home and your family to get better at speaking in Spanish. I love the flexible make-up class that Berges offers, if you miss a class, you can make it up by attending a session with another teacher, as long as class size permits. Super-convenient for vacations in the summer! Wish they offered more languages like French or Korean, I would not go anywhere else!

From small steps to leaps. I am very happy with the technique. With a bit of effort at home, aka homework, there are great rewards. I felt very engaged throughout the beginner's course.

Great experience, the course and book are well built, solid learning experience! I enjoyed the method, I feel that I acquired a strong foundation, step by step. Professional, well organized, helpful and fun! Reminders for class and homework were also very a plus!
