The course material was presented in an easy-to-follow manner. I learned at a nice pace and never felt confused or overwhelmed. The instructor explained the nuances of the language (for example, when to use ser vs estar). This is not an easy concept to learn from an app! The end result is that the grammatical rules make sense. I loved it!

The course gives a good structure to learn Spanish. I do use other resources to fill-in and this is reasonable as the course price is affordable and learning anything like a language must come from a myriad of experiences. The structure this course provides if vital and this program also gives me the necessary building blocks. The online flexiliblity of the course offers with 'live' classroom availability is important for learning, as well. Excellent foundation provided where I do not believe you can get anywhere else especially at this price point.

It was great. Maria was so engaging and created an environment where students could engage with one another, which is so challenging online. I learned so much and was prepared for the exam and so happily surprised that I was able to hold a conversation at the end!
