It is a fun course. It gets you going speaking and writing Spanish from the start.

I had the privilege of being a student in Professor Sofia's Spanish class, and I must express my sincere appreciation for her exceptional teaching style. Sofia proved to be an amazing educator who adeptly delivered content in a manner that was both accessible and easy to digest. One of the standout qualities of Professor Sofia was her deliberate pace, ensuring that all students could follow along and comprehend the material thoroughly. Her use of relatable examples and clear explanations significantly enhanced the learning experience, making complex concepts more manageable. What truly set Professor Sofia apart was her ability to create a classroom environment that was not only educational but also enjoyable. She infused a sense of joy and enthusiasm into her lessons, making the learning process both engaging and dynamic. I am so glad I found Berges Institute online when I was searching to learn Spanish. The Level 1 was placed very simply and not over bearing or over whelming, it was easy to follow (not on class day 1 yeah haha) but onwards it was simple and structured that you don't feel lost. The method actually falls into place making learning Spanish a breeze. Also helps that they have Amazing teachers here whom are really dedicated. Highly Recommend taking Spanish lessons from here.

I enjoyed the beginners course. Before starting with Berges, I had some background in Spanish but forgot a lot of the grammar and didn't have any confidence speaking. The textbook, homework, and exercises in class were well structured and I felt like I learned a lot within the 10 weeks. I also feel more confident speaking.

This was beyond a boring class the first few sessions. It was an entire 90 minutes on going over pronunciation in the following sessions. The teacher often forgot the name of the students who to ask questions to next he never once deviated from the written workbook that you gave. A teacher is not a teacher if they just read the written, workbook, and give the same exercises. I did not take most of this course. I cannot learn with a teacher who just reads verbatim from a workbook. It was incredibly boring.

Great course. Excellent instructor. Very interactive. Forces you to learn and speak Spanish, instead of just listening and forgetting.
