I had the privilege of being a student in Professor Sofia's Spanish class, and I must express my sincere appreciation for her exceptional teaching style. Very good class, good teacher and reasonable size to maintain active participation of everyone (would not say we can tolerate more people then)

We covered a great deal pf information. I originally wanted to learn Spanish formally and this was a good introduction to learning the basics. Unfortunately, I had to discontinue classes halfway through because of my work schedule from the Covid-19, but I continue to study my material.

Good material and good approach to learning Spanish. Interactive sessions in small groups are very helpful in learning Spanish, and I appreciate the focus on conversational aspects.

Really enjoyed the class. Every week I was surprised by my ability to put words together to create longer sentences. Nelson made the class fun and interactive which made all the difference. I also was able to make friends from work which was an added bonus! Definitely a lot to learn still, but am so happy with everything I learned in 10 weeks.
