This is a great course to take if you really want to begin speaking Spanish. There were many concepts taught that would allow having basic Spanish conversations immediately. The course manual was also very helpful as I still refer to it to study while taking level 2. I highly recommend this course whether you need a refresher or want to learn Spanish.

The course is well structured and professional in every way. Everything about Berges is designed for a students maximum advantage and growth. The learning process is very detailed and swift. The amount of material covered in just ten weeks is amazing.

I really enjoyed attending the course because it was easy to follow. The teachers included all of the students to participate.
The time schedule was very flexible that I could easily change the day and time if needed.
I really enjoyed going to the in person classes, which was one of the main reasons why iI chosed Berges Institute.
I am looking forward to attending the next courses.

I am glad I selected this program to learn Spanish. I appreciate that the course uses the construct of the Spanish language as a foundational teaching. This approach facilitates my learning the language and not just memorizing words. Well worth the investment. I am now advancing to Lesson 2.

The course was great for me to start learning Spanish! I already signed up for level 2. The homework was definitely a huge part of the course and you will fall behind if you do not do it but I found it enjoyable. I also was able to practice concepts I learned with my girlfriend who is fluent which I think was helpful. Overall, this is exactly what I was looking for (something to launch my Spanish learning beyond simple flashcards or a duo lingo equivalent). My only complaint is that the 10th course is just a review of the exam (takes place between 9th and 10th classes) and I feel more content could be covered by having another class worth of content and pushing out the exam to after the 10th class.
