I am very impressed with the course structure and competence of Instructors. The classes were super interactive. Being a newbie, I started this course on a nervous and self-doubting note. Unfortunately this course was not engaging nor dynamic enough during class. We literally read page by page from the text book every Monday for an hour and a half.

The teacher was excellent. Good pronunciation help and did a nice job explaining topics. However, he consistently started the class 5 to 10 minutes late because his other class ended too soon to make it on time (not his fault—this is on Berges). Also, because we reviewed the homework so much each class, we didn’t have as much time to learn new topics and practice conversation. I would’ve preferred just receiving the answers via email and having 20 minutes to ask questions about it (and then focusing on new topics). Also, I was sad to see that the teacher was substituted on the last 2 days of the class. This was frustrating.
