1. Concepts for which we have an actual word in Spanish:

- Copiar/pegar - copy/paste
- Bandeja de entrada - inbox
- Borradores - drafts
- CC (Copia de carbón) - CC (Carbon copy)
- CCO (Copia de carbón oculta) - BCC (Blind carbon copy)
- La nube - the cloud
- La aplicación - the app
- El programa - the software/the program
- El sistema operativo - the operating system
- La base de datos - the database
- Descargar - to download
- Subir - to upload
- El disco duro - the hard drive
- Iniciar sesión - to log in
- Nombre de usuario - user name
- Contraseña - password
- Reiniciar - reboot/restart
- Estar “caído” - to be “down”
