We can form the future tense by conjugating the verb ir in the present tense. It is similar to going to in English, but we can use it for any type of future (near, far, certain, uncertain...):
Mañana voy a bailar salsa. (Tomorrow I’m going to dance salsa.)
El sábado voy a ir a la iglesia. (On Saturday I’m going [to go] to church.)
Él va a venir el lunes. (He will come on Monday.)
We only need to conjugate the verb ir in the present tense, then add a:
Yo voy a cantar
Tú vas a cantar
Él/ella/ud. va a cantar
Nosotros/as vamos a cantar
[Vosotros/as vais a cantar]
Ellos/ellas/uds. van a cantar
Note: if we are using the verb ir as our action verb, we do this: Yo voy a ir a Miami (“I’m going to go to Miami”). We use it twice!

Mañana - tomorrow
Esta tarde - this afternoon/evening
Esta noche - tonight
Pasado mañana - the day after tomorrow
La semana próxima voy a ir a California.
La semana que viene voy a ir a California.
En el futuro Sara va a tener un gato.
Pasado mañana vamos a ir a una barbacoa.
Esta noche ustedes van a cenar con Miguel.
Mañana vas a dormir todo el día.
Carmen: La semana próxima voy a viajar a España.
Felipe: ¡Fantástico! Me gustaría (I would like) mucho ir en el futuro. ¿Vas a estar de vacaciones allí?
C: Sí, durante dos semanas. Voy a ir a la playa. ¿Tú no tienes vacaciones?
F: Sí, pero no tengo dinero. La semana que viene voy a ir a los museos y voy a caminar en el parque.
